I'm currently trying to SE JB HI FI. I purchased a Huawei Nova 3E from them about a month ago. I've just contacted them today claiming the phone is faulty, I'm a busy man and cannot make it into store.  So will be boxing them. I'll keep this post updated as the SE develops.

I'm also doing BOSE, they were going to send me a label but it was gonna take about 3 weeks. The rep told me he'll do the best he can do expedite it, in which I'll be boxing them. Earphones are very light and easy to do.

Mate if you're looking for bose, just buy from amazon au. Legit took me 2 minutes to get a refund approved by them through DNA and bullshitting a sob story. This was on a fresh account with no NO ORDERS Lol. $500 back in account in 3 days  

Well this doesn't require a $500 investment even though you'll be getting it back :p

Tell us how it went. With both companies, curretnly trying to do Audio-Technica will get label soon.
