Because being upset and disappointed is natural when things don't go the way we expect them to? It's as simple as that. Just because they're not the most ethical, it doesn't mean they can't feel emotions. Not saying their anger is valid, but asking why people have emotions is kinda dumb

most of the ppl do refund and put lot of money, and they are not ready to lose the money they spend to scam amazon for exemple, so when you have 4k in your account, and spend 3k and your life is running / money due expect you to get back your 3k, and if they dont get theyr money back at time, they get mad, its like a kid that bet his best pokemon card to win another one and get his own back too, but if he loose, he will cry call his mom and fall in depression if you dont give him back, if you want to win, you have to be ready to loose, no one want to loose, there is no cheat code like that in life

It works both ways.
Companies also decline legit claims quite often, thereby the buyer loses his/her hard-earned cash, while It has no Impact the company's billion dollar fortune.
very true, there was a news story of a lady who legit bought an Apple watch instore I believe, and when she got home she found that the box was empty. That lady went through hell and back to get her money back, and I think that was after the news got involved. So those billion dollar companies don't get my sympathy lol
Got too many methods, I don't know which one to use today.

I don't see where you're going with this question, of course, everyone's going to get upset when things aren't going your way.
I recently had a failed SE and of course I am taking full responsibility but It's still going to waste my time on arranging a return or trying to come up with a better excuse.
