Im very surprised i managed to get it back.
Was going well with support but now a new rep is asking me to check with my neighbours again. I stuck to my story. Today they told me I have to wait potentially six more days for the investigation to conclude. Asked for a replacement because its for my son. Should I try Full EB when it arrives or? should I say anything specific in the EB or current scenario? I'm pretty nervous after this rep tried to backtrack with me and not sure if its safe to double down here.

Let's wait for the outcome of the Investigation.

We can then make an Informed decision on the best course of action.

Went smooth for the 1st one.

I just EB'd the 2nd one fully compliant with all requests and they emailed me saying they're investigating further. Is this a problem?

At this stage, there's no cause for concern - they're simply Investigating It to move forward with the claim.

Hopefully they don't thoroughly cross-check the weight.
