It would've If the corrupted video wasn't already used.

Two similar methods on the same SE, Is not good practice and susceptible to failure.

Logitech nowadays will always ask for a image/video. It is in your best interest to find these images (you'll have to get a video/image after the SE starts depending on if they ask you to put ticket numbers in it but even that can be edited) before the SE so you know that you have a really good chance of succeeding. Some people even have services where they take pictures/videos/PODs for people. You'll probably have to find a service like this for Logitech if you even want a chance to get a replacement because of how they've changed their policies.

Further to @Parliament's post above, perhaps put a request by creating a thread outlining precisely what you're after.

A dedicated thread, attracts a lot more attention than a post or two buried In amongst others.

really? I didn't know that the rules have changed already and that there are even special companies offering such services.
Btw, I've recently needed to provide my university project with some videos included, yet I wasn't aware of how I could download them first on my computer and then just add them into my presentation.
As a first step, I discovered that it's possible to download any youtube video via y2mate and it would remain with the same sound and image quality.
As a second state, I just googled how to paste these videos into the pptx and it turned out I could have pasted just youtube links and take those videos directly from youtube. Anyway, at least I discovered a new useful tool, lol.
