Not that any Implementation cannot be circumvented, but for Informative purposes, what have they done?

If they don't believe you at all during the process they banned your account and if you somehow successfully cashback them they cashback you. They have evened denied a refund to a famous celebrity and are now at the worst in stocks

It appears as though they're trying to cut costs, and basically save every penny.
