So where does your claim currently stand with Zalando?

I’ve shipped the”wrong item” back to them. Thats where, on monday it will be 14 days after i shipped it back.

Do you have tracking marking It delivered?

I texted them today and they instantly issued a refund.
The best part is that i got refunded for both items(“wrong item” and the “expencive” one). It happened unintentionally. On the account where i ordered cheap item, i accidentaly pressed “return an item” but then realised it was wrong account and quickly logged off. Then did all the basic stuff to return the “wrong item received” . When the parcel arrived at zalando they scanned the item and thought it was the cheap item that i clicked on in the app to return by accident. Still no idea why the parcel is being shown as non delivered but at least the outcome of the se is possitive.
