And why would I refund some store if I don’t have an account over there. To get experience, I have refunded, like customer service, I just wonder about this one because I’ve never hit anything 400$ or more.

Give it a try then and we will work on what they say
what do you mean

Sorry about the confusion with my previous post. What I meant is, make a smaller legitimate purchase on the account first before attempting the big refund. That way it will look more real.

Anyone have any experience with Wise chargebacks?

They're very hands-on with chargebacks (they'll go back and forth with you asking for details, more so than other banks I've done) but I think this works in your favor if you got your story and documentation right. I've done this with Ftid on a high value amazon order and won

That is what I am asking. Because they ask for to much details about the transaction and also another transaction totally unrelated to the dispute. Do you think I should go further or just leave the chargeback and take the loss?

Well it depends on what your claim is. I did a ftid and said something along the lines of "I've returned the product and after the deadline given by the store I still haven't received my refund" and they asked for chat logs and emails which I sent 30 pages of, they didn't ask anything about other transactions.
