I want to code a AI for android for medical purpose But I have zero knowledge on AI coding and  how exactly AI works . My work is basically on image recognition . Can you guys please refer me some books  so I can enlighten myself up for better understanding and creation of my own AI ?

In any case when I see the words 'image recognition', I'm going to refer you to OpenCV, as I've heard it's great. Don't write from scratch, use a library. Here's OpenCV: https://opencv.org/

Look into TensorFlow. Open source, run by Google and extremely capable.

TensorFlow is indeed what you're looking for, or OpenCV if you want, but I think TensorFlow would serve your purpose better. I do highly recommend you read up and try to understand neural networks before proceeding though. As it's hard to code something if you don't know how it works.
