Ordered 4 items and claimed PEB on 2 of them and after an investigation with their warehouse they decided not to refund.

What was their reasoning?

They said they checked with the warehouse and they confirmed they shipped everything and nothing was missing.

did they give any proof? "asking the warehouse" and then getting an answer back with no proof like cctv or weight isn't really good enough IMO.

easiest refund ever, deleted a majority of this post but H&M group is free game

UK EB £200. Package was legitimately damaged and taped up which probably helped. Instant ref live chat
