This is kinda stupid, but Aritizia has fire clothes for men, has anyone ever SE'd them or knows any info abt policies and etc? Please let me know.

UPDATE: It worked. The order was around $200 CAD, just did DNA waited a couple days. They said address will now require signatures. That is all, pretty easy TBH.

Im not too familiar with FTID methods, I was just planning on doing DNA since its a big corporation. Do you think that will work???

If I recall correctly I claimed DNA and it was not getting resolved quickly enough and opted to "return" the item. Second time I FTID it and it was refunded immediately.

It was the recent holidays. I think it helped that they probably had alot of orders coming in aswell. Messaged via chat 3 weeks after they had received the return.

I am not familiar with all the abbreviations. What does ROD and ROS mean?
