Hello guys I’m going to EB Argos which is a Apple Watch and I’ve read through the terms and conditions and I don’t know whether they will refund me can someone help please I just want to know if they are liable

Going to be attempting this today too, just ordered an apple watch from my argos account and am going to eb it.
Been very successful with amazon recently, have been able to EB over 6 Iphone 14 pros from various aged accounts with 100% success rate so far

Damaged package with no contents inside, usually put me on a three day investigation then i’m told to contact them back and then get a refund

this eb stuff is recent? thought they cracked down on that by now....

Only once did they ask for a pr and I just went ahead and done it and still worked but the other times no pr needed
Argos have just told me to contact my issuer and i’ve told then no I want to speak to someone higher up and they’ve told me a supervisor will call me tomorrow.
Opinions? What should I do?
