If you've ordered from Amazon recently, are they requesting signatures?

Also, how many refunds per Amazon account? i have three on this account, but they've been spread out over years.

Can't tell you on refunds per account but I would say 6 with legit orders spread. Heard that your account gets banned not on how many refunds but refund/non-refunded ratio.
- if you have 5 refunds on your account with a total of $2000 altogether and you have 15 legit orders with a total of $3000, you would be fine. ($2000 refunded but $3000 not refunded, refunded less than non-refunded)
- if you have 5 refunds on your account with a total of $2000 altogether and you have 15 legit orders with a total of $1500, you would not be fine. ($2000 refunded but only $1500 not refunded, refunded more than non-refunded)

The reason is because you become a loss to Amazon. They are not making money from you being a customer so they ban your account. The same happens even if you refund genuinely. There's a lot of information on the web about this. - I'm sure you can go a little over the ratio as you have aged account but don't go crazy.

Ordered from Amazon UK, not requesting signatures but they do take a picture of your doorstep instead. Refunded that order but didn't use DNA.

Rather than focusing on Amazon per se, you need to Identify the carrier used at the time, and whether they will request a signature.

Amazon Prime predominantly use UPS. DHL & FedEx are also used.

Also, how many refunds per Amazon account?

There are no hard and fast rules as to the number of refunds.

Do remember that as far as Amazon (or any company) Is concerned, every SE Is a legit claim. Treat It as such by manipulating It accordingly, and you won't have a problem.
