hello
I ordered apple watch ultra on apple side and tried EB
I clearly said that i receive everything expect the watch.
I got standard email saying to send photos and police report but later i received email saying
"We have received new information regarding your inquiry. The courier company has completed its requested investigation and Apple will take no further action on this case."
It seems like they cross check weight but the watch is 61g, what can i do now?

This is just their standard response when they decline your claim. Has nothing to do with what story you told them or them checking weight. I have EB heavier thing with them.

I am guessing you have already hit Apple with address already? If so that is why, you typically get one courtesy refund per address.

That is why. Apple doesn't actually open claims with couriers, it's why their decisions can be made within hours-day. They grant reimbursement as a courtesy. If this is not your first time their internal investigation will catch your previous claims and they will decline you.

If you continue trying to hit them with new orders they will block your address (cancels any new orders).

Do you know if you can actually use the Apple Watch after a successful SE from Apple? Seems likely they will flag any account that connects to the watch and cross reference it to your account that refunded the product.

You should be able to, I have used iPad no issue for more than a year after.

In general, you are likely to succeed with them if you never done it on the address/account. It's kind of a "we don't believe you but what can we do". Stick with your story.

I can't say it's 100% since I have not hit them since 2022. But I was able to do EB on two different address no issue.

On the first Apple EB, when processed as a courtesy refund - did they ask you for a police report?
