Apple watch "Double Dip" 04-03-2024, 01:46 PM

I've managed to secure a replacement Apple Watch with the help of the MEB method.
The courier only took a picture of a slightly open door and the parcel but due to the poor quality of it with no house number, I would usually pursue with the DNA easily. However, since I've already used the MEB method I think it'd be in my best interest not to use another "missing" method.
I was possibly thinking of going with it's "destroyed" and that I wouldn't be able to send it back due to it being a biohazard. However, I.m worried since it doesn't seem like something Apple would easily go for. Any Suggestions?
ps - I bought from the official Apple store.
