Went ahead and paid someone to do this because didn't realize exactly how the process went. Then I stumbled across this forum this morning. It was sent off on April 27th, and I contacted them last night about not having my refund. The rep mentioned the box had a note on it about being empty. I told him I had zero idea what he was talking about.

Spent a couple minutes not typing anything out and he said he'd get into contact with his care team. He got into contact then told me my refund should be processed the following day since it had surpassed the allowed date or some shit like that. Then I woke up this morning to the refund is being processed email.

Not sure if I just got lucky but I really expected them to say go fuck yourself. Super glad to see it went through.

As for the phone, are you able to use them after the money is in your account? Any chance it becomes bricked later down the road?
