Apple stated to me there’s an internal investigation and they will notify the delivery team. They did say I will get a refund.

It's strange how they've confirmed the refund prior to the completion of the Investigation.

Fingers crossed they stick to their word.

The operator was apologising and said that they will offer it and even offered me some fitness+ thing for free. Very confusing. Waiting on their response and may follow up right now.

Ahhh yes ofcourse, unfortunately this was on a phone call. Just been dealing with them on the phone to be honest.
