I was put on hold for like 20 min the rep was taking note of the situation STEP BY STEP, WORD FOR WORD. that phone call was unbearable but hey got my 1.2k back. But they are def cracking down on it. Thank God for sinister.li or i would have not gotten a new phone

Just did my first EB with apple yesterday. I could not get the refund but they sent me a replacement and im gonna send the first product back to get my money back. It took just 2 hours between the call and the replacement confirmation no questions asked not even photos.

For me it’s really strange, my photos for the response to their email aren’t even showing up for them. Emailed them 4 times. It’s really strange.

Do I understand you correctly that you try different methods like EB and if it 'fails' and they just send you a replacement you ship the first product back? How can you claim EB and all that and then after getting a replacement just ship it back? Are they really that dumb?

Any luck? Im in a similar scenario apparently theyre going to give me a call tonight as mine arent getting to them either, I believe we should be sound refund wise however

Cops told me that they should contact them citing report number.
