Apple.com - raplacement/refund help DNA? FTID? #1
Dear forum members, I need your help, hello..

I made an order on the website Apple.com , I bought an Apple watch 7. I want to get a "replacement" so that I have 2 products left, or that I get my money back. I am glad that I came across this forum, I have read many pages already here, but I did not understand how to do it to the end. I realized that there are methods such as DNA, EB, etc., but they are risky and there is a high risk that nothing will work (considering that I am in the USA and ordered for a mail forwarder). Stressed

I have seen quite a lot of experienced guys here and I really hope you will give advice to a beginner rfnder. How can I succeed in this? If I say that I did not receive the parcel, there is a risk that I will simply be refused (it seems to me that this is what happens most often now). I've heard that they make "replacement" much easier and it's easier to do, BUT HOW? As I understand it, you need to use the FTID method, but before using it, after all, I need to first contact Apple support and tell them something, why they should make a replacement for me. What do I need to tell them? The package was delivered 2 days ago...

Thank you all in advance! Heart @mothered

Every method has an element of risk.

It's up to you to formulate It correctly and see It through to the end.

It's only around 32 grams, which Is perfectly suited to the EB/missing Item method.

Who's the carrier, and what type of verification (If any) will be required on delivery?

Unbeknownst to many buyers, Apple offer what's called a "one-time exception" per account, whereby they'll refund/replace the Item without (for example) the need to return It, or Investigate the claim further.

Don't waste your time with It.

Thank you for the detailed answer! Heart Blush

The delivery was carried out by UPS, I can't say for sure about the type of check, since I received a mail forwarder. OK, I realized that it's better to use EB/missing item. I need to say that the box from the parcel was in perfect condition and the box from the Apple Watch itself was opened and there was no watch inside?
I'm worried that they will ask me to name the IMEI and lock the device.

What should I do better?

Don't go Into anymore detail than you have to.

Simply say the watch was missing when the box was opened, and leave It at that.

They already have the IMEI.

It's not often that companies place the IMEI In a pool of blacklisted numbers.
