I am more than tired of this reps.
They’ve replied the exact same with the same wording, failing again to provide me details of what kind of I consistencies they found.
I have urged them, again, to escalate my claim to someone who can provide me details instead of copy-paste replies.
I don’t know what else I can do, to be honest.

Emails are getting you nowhere, so deal with them In real time. Have you tried calling or opening a chat session?

I’ll try calling tomorrow since I’m short on time today.
Hopefully they can tell me what inconsistencies are they talking about? How am I supposed to address them if I don’t know what they are?
