I ordered the watch a few days ago from Apple directly and wasn't home when it arrived so they brought it to a small shop. I just picked it up and now I'm wondering what would be the better method for me to choose: DNA or EB.

I did not sign for the package at all, all I did was show them my driver's license and the guy just looked at the name for a second. What would y'all suggest?

I went ahead, called them and told them that the box was empty. The rep told me that I had to send pictures via email which I did. Later I got a reply that was asking for a police report.

I’m not sure if I should go ahead with the SE and if so how to even get a police report for that kind of stuff. What do y’all think, especially you, Mothered?

Yes, I'm planning on filing a report, just not sure how that will work here in my country to be honest. Anybody here ever filed a report in Germany?

Yes, I am. I’ll call Apple tomorrow and see what they say as they didn’t mention a PR on the phone. I know, it won’t change anything most likely but I’ll still see what they have to say.

Why do they even ask for a PR when there’s no crime? I mean they can see that the package is not damaged nor is it the wrong seal.
