I have a couple of MacBook pro serial numbers and want to SE them.

I still didn't think of an excuse tho.

Has anyone tried to use this method with Apple and confirms it works?

1) This is going to involve you deciding what device you want to SE, for this example I am going to use a pair of airpods
2) Get a S/N from ebay, craiglist or gumtree, so easy to get one now, just give the seller a message asking for this so you can check they are genuine
3) Open up apple live chat and begin the chat by talking about your life and making them feel like you care
4) Then drop the issue with your device, tell them you have tried all troubleshooting etc.
5) They will ask you to send them back, make sure you persuade them to send out a replacement first and they will ask you to send back the faulty ones.
6) Once you have received the replacement, get yourself over to the marketplace and find a boxing service, get this done and apple will never receive anything back and you have a free item.

It does.

The biggest obstacle, Is to circumvent their request to return It, which can be done with either the disposed of the faulty Item method or the leaking battery method.
