Did you mean to say Amazon? I don't believe Argos ships to the US atm

My mistake I thought you said UK haha silly me
Everything I post here is fictional. Anything mentioned on my posts that corresponds to events happened in real life are coincidental

What was the process like
One time during prm day, contacted in chat and was istant
Another time, due to barrier language they understand that instead of EB i was claiming DNA and told me to wait three days. After three days i contacted again telling that i did not find the item and they refunded

From where? Apple or Amazon?

Sounds good, I'll probably just go for it on Apple, then attempt Amazon US afterwards.
If you require assistance along the way, we're all here to help.
Sounds good thanks, it arrives tomorrow.

Just to clarify, would I tell them that the watch itself is missing from its box or the entire parcel is empty?

Correct.

Upon opening the box, the watch was missing.

RE: Apple SE Question #17
UPDATE: The Apple customer service rep. asked me if I wanted a refund or replacement, and I told him a refund. He told me they'll process my refund after a specialist contacts me and asks a couple questions. I won't celebrate too early, but it's looking good so far.

Got an email saying, "We have received an update regarding your inquiry. Our carrier has completed the requested investigation, and no further action will be taken by Apple.

If you have any questions, please contact us at 1-800-MY-APPLE.". I guess this means it failed?

My goodness, yet another useless reply.

Tell them to elaborate on the Investigation, and how It's Impacted on their decision to cease further action.

Do exactly that on the above grounds.

Is this type of situation usually recoverable? Not sure what went wrong.

Still chatting with the rep., now he's saying "As per our investigation team, we will cooperate fully with the result of your local law enforcement , if it will be deemed that the item needs refund or replacement we will going to help you process that one." Should I just go ahead and file the PR now?
