Apple Phone EB SE 06-08-2022, 05:39 PM

Attempting to EB a phone through Apple. The agent I was connected with asked no questions and held an extremely patronising tone giving an over the top apology describing how appalling the terrible mistake was and speaking in a manner that would suggest they did not see my request as legitimate. I suspect that either awareness of EB SEs has increased, or my account was flagged for prior activity. This may mean a change in Apple's weight cross check policy, but I can't tell at this stage.
The agent has said that they will have to investigate with the courier in order to interview the driver and continue with an investigation. The email requests 6 photos of the box which I have described as untampered, as well as a police report.
I only want to know if I'm I fine to submit a PR with regards to legal repercussions down the line.
For anyone interested, the requested information:
A police report for the missing product, masking any third-party data.
Multiple photos of the shipping box, specifically the outside area that was damaged during transit, and the sealing tape.
Multiple photos of the product you received and its serial number, as well as the retail box and the barcode.
