I’m in the United States as well did you just say the box came undamaged but when you opened the box there was nothing inside? Or did you say it was damaged?

I said box was undamaged but there was no shrink wrap on the phone though. When I opened box all i saw was the charger and instructions no phone was in the box

Did you contact them same day package came?

I contacted like same hour of delivery. Because realistically if you opened the box and dint see teh $1000 phone you ordered anyone would call support immedietly
