They wanted me to wait 3 days after every email I sent. So I waited more than 30 days and I sent them email telling that they play against their policy. I received email asking to fill incident report again. After that, I received confirmation about refund (last reply)
Now I am waiting for money on my account.

Well at least the refund has been confirmed.
If the funds haven't cleared Into your account, keep contacting them and reference the refund confirmation.
