IMO your best option is DNA.

Tell them you never received the package and you definitely didn't sign for it. If they show you the signature tell them you don't recognize it.
Risk is the delivery guy will possibly remember the interaction and come to your house. Don't answer the door if thats the case.

EB isn't going to work because this phone was specifically inspected by Amazons warehouse and marked good.
fuck I ended up going with eb and they requested a police report. should i open a new chat and say dna? or is that stupid
thats good news just do the pr and u should get refund. i woudltn claim dna after doing eb they might connect the dots.
