It depends, it doenst happen to all phones.
I personally had any experience with it (not from UK) but many other people (even people who legitimately bought a phone from people which were stolen) are claiming so.

I had an iPhone I SE'd from Amazon UK and it was blacklisted about 6-8 weeks after I received it.
I am but a simple gnome who likes free things, none of this is real. It is all simply fiction.

Not too long ago, around 2-3 months.
Is this on all phones you have come in to contact with in the past 2 months or just selective?
