What method would I use for a set of Apple AirPods Gen2 ordered from Walmart but was delivered with no box or package, just the actual physical box of AirPods? I tried to go with Missing Item method and claimed the items were missing through a manufacturer error but due to the photo taken of delivery the CSR said it was not eligible for a claim and that I would have to dispute the charge with my b4nk. I do not want to dispute it and risk losing being able to use my debit c4rd with Walmart.com. What would be best method?

The AirPods box Itself Is fully covered In cardboard on all 6 sides, hence the AirPods cannot be viewed externally, so how can a photo conclusively deem the goods were not Inside? I'm not targeting all this at yourself, but rather Walmart to justify their reason (based on what I've said) as to why your claim was declined.

I'm thinking maybe they saw the plastic manufacturer seal around the white Apple box in the photo but I'm not sure. I did try telling them that the small white Apple box did not contain the headphones or charging box but they still said to dispute.

They didn't send me a chat transcript after the chat so I can't copy/paste but it was basically that "I can see in the photo that the Apple box was delivered successfully, it's right there in the photo so it must be someone else's fault, not Walmart's, dispute the charge with your b4nk" Didn't really make much sense and I told them like twice that the devices weren't inside so I might try contacting again.

That's totally Irrelevant to what you're claiming.

What's a successful delivery, got to do with a box without the AirPods enclosed? I'd be asking Walmart to justify It.

Yeah they issued the refund. I just decided to call them directly. Totally different outcome.

I'd say the rep you dealt with didn't refer to previous and current notes.

At any rate, you've received the refund and that's all that matters.
