I’ve tried to SE amazon  told them I’ve received an empty box and they replied with this message:

So what about after the package left the warehouse? Very weak excuse from them, sounds like something a scamming seller would say.
Or your account/IP has some issue they flagged.

A very common response from Amazon. How often are you hitting them? Still, making normal purchases in between making sure there is a good time between SE's?

Would however say that I recommend you keep that account clean for a while or they will shut it down. If you are not worrying about loosing it then do as you please haha but if you want to keep it then keep it clean and no SE's for a while.

What proof do they have that the package contained the item when leaving the warehouse? Furthermore, what proof do they have that the item was inside the package at the time of delivery?

Bro you got served an OFM. Maybe is time to cool it and return legit or re-sell the airpods.

You could push your luck by boxing it but if they cancel your account then you ain't getting any refund or the airpods.

Ye you went in to quick-aged accounts with legit purchases are the go-too!. I would take the loss on this one sell them on make yourself even or at least close to even as possible and chill out on the account for a while.

Make some legit purchases here and there don't need to be expensive just build back up that accounts security
