Anyway to save Everlast SE?

Just tried to DNA Everlast as they are responsible for lost packages. Apparently UPS had tried to call me about the claim already but I didn't receive any calls from them at all. They need me to put in another claim for it to move forward. With past companies I've dealt with, if the claim has been "marked as delivered" on UPS' end, the DNA will ultimately fail. Not sure if I could save this one or not.

Everlast. Anytime I've put in a claim with UPS and it's gotten denied, the refund has been rejected from the company. Which is why I'm hesitant.

It's not your responsibility to deal with the carrier.

The company does It through an Investigation. Given you've purchased from them, they're the ones that handle your claim.
