Anyone experience with german shops?

Hey guys, after thinking some long time I wanted to SE airpods as my first item over Amazon and the order will be delivered soon. I don‘t want to cancel it and after delivery I‘ll have to put a gap before doing another SE. So if anyone has experience with online shops in Germany feel free to tell me your experience.

I‘m SEing two Airpods atm from different shops. One is at Amazon (it is my first SE there) and one on another online shop.
I couldn‘t decide what item I should get on Amazon for the first time so I‘m just going for a lower and easier one yet.

I just want to know if smaller shops than Amazon require more effort and what methods people are using or have used already.

It's difficult to generalize. Every store/retailer Is judged on a case-by-case basis. Also (apart from the DNA), the method Is based on the nature of the Item.

I've SEd stores who operate on a small scale and some were quite meticulous with the claim, while others were pretty straightforward.

I have also been wondering if anybody has experience with SEing German stores, especially MediaMarkt/Saturn.

Which shops could you recommend? Could you maybe do a top 5 list and sum up with a few experiences?

It would be interesting to tell the item you‘ve refunded, which method has been working and how easy it was. That would be really helpful for me and also other guys.

Yesterday i have SE airpods from amazon through EB, they opened an investigation and after 3 days i've got refund.
