Unless they have CCTV cameras monitoring their packing, there's no definitive way to establish that you didn't receive your order.

The only other thing that I can think of, Is If they do a stock count of what they physically have on hand after your order was Invoiced. If their records show there's less stock (which It will), then you've received your goods. But this Is going to the extreme, which Is very unlikely that they'll check their Inventory for one random order.

But you know, there's just one right way to be sure and know it.
As soon as I could, i'm gonna do the order. The only reason that I haven't yet is that I'm not completely sure to know where to long-term store all those seeds then .

You can always do a "practice run" (trial SE), by ordering a minimal amount at a very low cost.

This will give you a good Indication of what to expect when the time comes to perform your main SE.
