Any cheap domains for a project?

Hey,

Anyone know were I can get cheap domains, which are fast to setup, can use paypal and do not require a CC linked to pp?

I'm pretty sure if you don't have a credit card or bank account linked to paypal you can't buy any domains, Maybe try the free one posted not to long ago?
