Hello Sinister.ly! I'm looking for cool stories from you guys! It can be funny, interesting, or badass, etc.
I have a story to start off this thread.

My Story starts at school today.
It's the end of the day and I'm in Robotics Class. We were going to have our Robot fight competition and have everything set up. One team was missing their robot because they took it with them. After an hour The teammate shows up with the robot. The robot seemed fine until upon further inspection they put an Airsoft Gun on it and cover it with cardboard. It was the funniest thing I ever have seen. He brought ammunition too and you can see the orange tip and the little top part of the gun. The teacher was chill about it and told him he shouldn't even bring the airsoft gun and that if he were caught he would have been in big trouble. Teacher told him he was disqualified but in the end It was such a funny thing to see this entire school year.

You'd think he'd do a better job to conceal the gun. Did the teacher serve a suspension, or only disqualified him from competing?

In terms of myself, I'm a twin (with my brother) and In my younger days of schooling, we both switched English classes for a week. The teachers had no Idea, they were completely fooled, but did find It strange that we didn't know what stage of our work was still In progress.

No the teacher chuckled and warned him to put it away and he was disqualified from competing.
No suspension just a warning. When I say the teacher was Chill, he is really chill.
He was a senior and it was just Electrical Tape and Cardboard covering the gun, I would expect him to disassemble the gun and use the shooting mechanic.

No the teacher chuckled and warned him to put it away and he was disqualified from competing.

At least he wasn't suspended.

You've got to give him some credit for trying.

I assume people close to you notice these differences more often than strangers?

You're absolutely correct, particularly those who we see on a regular basis.

They tend to notice the slightest changes.

"Back in my day we used to bring knives and guns to school and no one complained" True fact! To this day our local school districts still have competitive rifle teams, but they have downgraded to pellets from .22's. sadly. A sign of the times.

I grew up in a time long ago where rifles hung from the rack of a pickup truck and when it was hunting season almost everyone that was a hunter, students, teachers, principals, etc would bring their arms to school and compare features.

Unfortunately in today's environment apparently too many people are lead to believe that just because someone has a weapon everyone is going to die! When just the opposite should happen. Everyone legally able to carry should do so. Our government is so screwed up!

To be honest, I would be scared shitless if a kid brought a gun to school, especially when he has the ability to kill anyone he wants.
So the government is really screw up.
I'm saying this out of the fact I don't want to die to some kid with a gun at school.
