I would think that for low value orders they're much more willing to refund.

I've read that on amazon.com you can use the bot instead of a real representative, and bot could refund you automatically if the amount would be small, not sure was it up to 300 or $200 though

if you want instant refunds just use a refunder, even for low refunds some will still do it with their own methods.

You are Indeed correct, but what you're asking Is a fail-safe method with a 100% success rate, which Is Impossible to achieve on each and every occasion.
