Android N To Remove App Drawer #1
What are your thoughts on this?

Android N will not have the app drawer for your phones anymore. You can always install a third party launcher, but who is to say that their developers won't follow?

Personally, I don't mind the change. In fact, I prefer there to not be an app drawer as there isn't a purposes to have two locations to "launch" your application. Once it's installed on your system, one icon should be enough for the user.

That's just my opinion, though. Many Android users prefer the App Drawer to stay.

It sucks that they are removing it, although its not really much of a problem. App drawer or none, I'm fine either way.

I prefer the app drawer. Helps me keep my home-screen free of app icons or stupid widgets. Moreover, gives me a clear view of the Wallpaper.

AFAIK, only Chinese manufacturers like Xiaomi or Honor (Huawei) follow the no-drawer trend.

Well, they use Android based OS, so eventually Google is going to follow. I truly wonder why they decided to take that path though.

Android N seems to be changing the whole framework it seems, not just the App drawer.

I wonder if we'll see any changes with Google Now Launcher since they're removing the App Drawer.

Maybe huh. I don't know. That might ruin old set ups.

Whatever they do with the drawer, they might as well get rid of the card background too.
