I rang and asked them what was taking so long and they hadn't received it yet. They were just responding with the usual gibberish.. "it takes 30 days for your refund to be processed" etc. Didn't really answer my question of why it hadn't reached them yet.

Social engineering requires a lot of patience, of which waiting periods are a big part of the equation.

At the end of the day, as long as the job gets done, then that's all that matters.

You’re absolutely right, Mothered. Waiting for a short period of time in return for achieving our desired results is a small price to pay.

I haven’t been social engineering very long and was initially quite unfamiliar with the returns process, perhaps that’s why I got a bit paranoid/impatient when the return took longer than I anticipated. I’ve realised now that patience is key to a successful SE.
