Hope it gets sorted for you soon.
Social engineering requires a lot of patience, of which waiting periods are a big part of the equation.

At the end of the day, as long as the job gets done, then that's all that matters.
You’re absolutely right, Mothered. Smile Waiting for a short period of time in return for achieving our desired results is a small price to pay.

I haven’t been social engineering very long and was initially quite unfamiliar with the returns process, perhaps that’s why I got a bit paranoid/impatient when the return took longer than I anticipated. I’ve realised now that patience is key to a successful SE.

I fully understand your standpoint.

Having sound knowledge of "what to expect" with claims, puts you In a position to handle events efficiently and effectively. And It all comes naturally after years of experience under your belt.

Correct In every sense of the word.

If they haven't replied In due course, they're not fulfilling their part to serve your needs, hence contact them everyday until your concerns have been addressed.

Hello guys

So i have called AMZ today. REMINDER: the last one who answered me, confirmed by email that they had received my package delivered by UPS.

The person w/ I spoke tday asked me to wait after few words, explaining me she was on conv' with UPS to understand the situation and get more informations.

She asked me for a tracking code (which I obviously didn't have) I was like: "I'm looking on my Amazon account... but I can't find it" she told me that it's a piece of paper that the delivery man should have gripped after our empointment.

I told her "No, I had nothing, no receipt. That's even why I CONTACTED them A WEEK AGO... If I had had a means of tracking, I would not have asked for written confirmation by email"... I just had a scan and that's all".

After very long time, she told me to wait until September 5th because UPS will conduct an internal investigation > 1 month is the longest period, maximum time to have a refund.

I explained her than I did not understand how I had an email confirming me the arrival of the package written by an Amazon operator...and now, this week, finally my parceln isn't arrived... . it doesn't make any sense!

IIDK what to think about this new event...

It's a mess, they've totally mismanaged your claim.

^ Forward this to the last representative you spoke to, and ask him/her to explain/justify It.
