I want to do a 1300 euro item, so it's pretty big. I already got an item with the same weight through a friend's account. I want to do the good ol' switcheroo.

Is it better to call an actual rep and say "wrong item bla bla" or just follow the procedure online?

Also I want to avoid account ban obviously. Do you know if it's possible that they ban or blacklist you WITHOUT giving you a warning? I already did two midium sized refunds on this account, but the last one was months ago, with different orders in between. But they can easily see through a simple search.
I never got the warning. So I figured I could try again. Also the other two times it wasn't switcheroo but different methods.

It depends what you're comfortable and confident with.

SEing over the phone requires an "Instant" response, leaving nothing to chance. One wrong move can ruin the entire SE. Submitting online, allows ample time to complete the request with very little room for error.
