hello i m trying 2 refunds from amz, one from .fr and other from .es
1) from .fr aged account, 4-5 legit orders, item to refund a phone 260$. I ordered a cover + iphone ( no otp)
I m thinking if i should do peb/eb/ or dna. Advices are appreciated
2) from .es aged account 1-2 legit orders, item to refund a notebook 350$. I ordered notebook + security bag (no otp)
i m thinking if i should do dna or a fake return. Advices are appreciated

Was the package purely handed to you with/without a signature, or was It dumped at your doorstep?
