Why do you think Americans are doing this? Plenty of gangs and criminals in France...
The way to reduce the amount of refunding would be to make this forum and other forums private.
Keep out people who ask questions like what is dna or can I do dna with Amazon?
The people who aren't competent would have to pay to be in a beginners sub forum until they showed they had some level of skill that could be of use to other members.
If there was a forum with only competent, experienced people who are willing to learn, it would be so much more useful and the methods would not get saturated as fast due to less exposure and less inexperienced people burning methods.
