Wondered if anyone thought Amazon warehouse was an easier option. Thinking saying product box is empty is more believable if item has been sent out before or does it make no difference to the reps?

I would say they obviously check every return, they would know more so what’s in a package they have checked more than one from a manufacture, they probably take photos of each item I could imagine

Are you referring to Amazon Warehouse Deals?

If so, Items go through a rigorous 20-point Inspection prior to dispatch, hence claiming missing goods will be very difficult to justify.
