Amazon stepping up their game? Or my SE just wasn’t believable? #1
Hi,

Hope everyone here is well.

I was going to do a SE for a Nintendo switch controller (less then 200g). Was going to use the empty box arrived method. Got the item and originally did live chat saying I am out so cannot call, rep started investigation which I wasn’t happy with so I said, I’ll give a call when I’m at home

When I did call, shitty rep also transferred me to someone to start an investigation but now they want me to sign a declaration of truth etc

Thoughts ?

Just take the account ban you could get in trouble if they catch ya.

Amazon stepped up their game this year & your SE probably wasn't believable enough for them.

Start with a fresh account because you'll spend more time trying to get your account unbanned than just accepting it.
Detach from your emotions & see the whole picture.

Usually in these scenarios as well I’ll just disconnect and then find another rep that’ll refund me

Is It an affidavit or a statutory declaration?

What does "etc" entail?

Please provide an Image/text.

If It Is an affidavit, do "not" sign It. It's a sworn statement that's admissible In court, and can/will be used as evidence.
