How many returns can you do on a Amazon account ? And how often ? I usually return damaged items for working ones but I need to return two things that are genuinely wrong items I ordered but don’t wanna waste my returns and get my account locked again

It all depends on the age of the account, how many legit orders and for what total amount. For example if an account has 2 legit orders worth less than $100 each then you won't be able to get away with an account with 10 orders worth a minimum off $300 per order. Given how your account has been locked before I can see why you wouldn't wanna waste any potential SEs. But if they're the items and you get shipped the legit ones and still buy them it will still look like a legit order so it should just make your account more legit looking depending on what your returning. If they are items the wrong item method couldn't work due to weight then you have nothing to worry about.

Your account could also get flagged when the majority of the products SEd are more expensive than the average of the products legitimately bought. Be sure to SE cheap item also, not always the most expensive ones.
