if the item being SE'd is BOTH sold and fulfilled by AZ, does the "wrong/decoy" have to also be BOTH sold and fulfilled by AZ or can be sold by 3rd party and fulfilled by AZ

The wrong Item needs to be part of the same Inventory of the company you're SEing.

got it , but does Fulfilled by AZ mean its part of their inventory ?
