When you want to buy some items like foods, cleaning product, drinks,... sometimes you have that mention : "return policy: non-returnable but eligible for a refund if damaged or defective." Do we agree that technically it's the easiest refund possible on Amazon? Has anyone ever tried to refund with that policy ?
