So ive ordered two items form amazon and when the shipping guy delivered my order he put it in front of my house but also took a picture of the place he put it in. Is DNA still possible or should i go for a partial even if 1 item is way bigger than the other?
Did some amazon refunds before but its the first time that i see them taking a picture of the place they put my item at.

I wouldn't play with fire as obviously they're on to you if you've did it before. Think about this. Amazon has billions of dollars and they probably have people from their loss prevention dept cruising websites, forums, etc looking for fraud.

By doing this and identifying it they can in turn get search warrants from ISP's for I.P. Addresses and tie posts to you so they can say without a doubt that thru their network tracing that they know they have the right guy.

Chances are the carrier may have been asked to take a picture or if the carrier had to pay a claim due to previously lost items they're showing the shipper who's their customer that they're actually delivering the box which in turn covers their but to show they delivered it.

Perfectly suited to the DNA method.

Do note that delivering an Item and receiving It, Is completely different. Records Indicate that It was delivered, but was It personally received by the rightful account holder? Provided there was no signature nor photo (taken of you) on receipt of the package, as far as you're concerned, the Item was stolen from where It was placed by the carrier.
