Amazon refund advice - UPS Pickup or Ship & Pay

I usually refund items on Amazon using FTID however this is the first time I'm being limited to these 2 options:

Anyone else get the same thing? So far the only options I see to make this work would be to use a UPS insider service or empty box (too risky).

I had same problem and i fixed it. Amazon did not issued me label and only pickup was available. If u still need help contact me on Telegram: @ntopexpert

When you did the UPS pickup option, did it give you a tracking number for the return? Was thinking about getting a UPS insider to make that return tracking number say lost in transit.

Its not about UPS insider. Package will scann as “Delivered”
Yes, Amazon gave me just pickup tracking number but no label. More details DM.
