Boxing- claim they're defective and return the package/box without the AirPods.
Missing Item- you've received the package, but the AirPods were not enclosed.

I’m new to the SE methods also! I have completed my first SE via Amazon which was a Nintendo Switch- they left it outside so it seemed easy to do! However, I’m in the process of wanting some advice with Nike. I ordered £700 of clothing/one pair of trainers. Keeping 3 items, returning 6 and have claimed 4 didn’t arrive. What are the chances of this going OK? They have said 2-3 days and I should have an answer

We are on day 2 today...

Also wanting some help with refunding a dyson/ or willing to have a more experienced refunded do this for me. Any advice great??

Hi sorry...

I used the DNA method. Courier left the switch outside my door- so wasn’t that difficult!
