Yes ok amazon invoice is immaterial but when you read it you don’t see any imei contrary to Samsung invoice as an example, moreover I’ve seen so many people getting a refund from amazon for an iPhone that I think they don’t blacklist them..
What about the amazon.it/es choice from refunder to get easier refund of iPhone ?

I'm not Implying that they "will" blacklist the IMEI, but rather they "may" do It at any point In time.

In terms of your second query, "anyone" can be SEd. Predominantly, It's the human firewall that gets exploited. If you've researched the company, formulated and executed your method based on your findings In an effective manner, you will not have an Issue obtaining a successful outcome.

Sorry but I didn’t really well understand, what I meant was if you ask a refunder where should you buy a phone to get a refund they will tell you amazon it or es but not .fr or .de , why?

Amazon Is widely used for SEing with a greater success rate than most other companies, therefore any Amazon can be SEd.

It's not necessarily country-specific.
